I’m absolutely terrified of blood draws- i almost always pass out and was fully prepared for a traumatic experience. Brittany was absolutely incredible, had me lay down and did it FAST and almost no movement. Thank you Brittany!!!

I brought my mom to this location for routine lab work on a Saturday. After registration was completed we were instructed to head to the back to get the lab done, there was not a single staff on-sight but I can hear people talking in the back. Some time has pass, two more patients showed up in the back and still no one came to check and see if patients are waiting. After some more time, a lady staff came out and instead of working on my mom first, she took a patient that has just walked in. I told her my mom was here first and that she had an appointment, the lady told me "well this patient is pregnant and she cannot wait can't you see! so she'll get her lab done first". I didn't appreciate her dismissal approach to my mom and I. Then she went ahead and talked about me "questioning her" to that patient.
