Waited 45 minutes in the waiting room as people keep coming in after me and getting seen first. Eventually she tells me this is because I'm a "walk in" and appointments get seen first. Never had this experience at quest but i left.

I would give zero stars if I could… the woman who I would hope is at least the manager feeling like she can talk to people and treat people poorly… was veryyy rude and nasty over a system error that had nothing to do with me. Spare yourself and go somewhere else. Very unprofessional and nasty.

Horrible. Says you don't need an appointment, when you go in, they are all over you about not having an appointment. Very rude. Don't waste your time. No human to talk to to make the freaking appt either or to ask if they do certain testing.
