I had an appointment this morning with an amazing tech named Vanessa. There was some confusion with my paperwork and she went above and beyond to contact the Dr to make sure that I got all my necessary bloodwork today. On top of that, she was very gentle and drew my blood quick and painless. She really did a great job and I cant say enough good things.

They open at 7am, I got here 7:05am as a walk in for drug screening. One person sitting here before me. I'm hearing a bunch of yakking. I understand that appointments are before walk-ins, but how long does it take to do a urine test or even blood work. I've been in medical facilities over 25 years. I even worked at the clinic across the street from here.

This location should be absolutely ashamed of themselves, if you have to take a drug test for a job please do not go hear. They will make sure that you don’t get your job, they will not except you urine sample depending on how they feel. It has been one of the most traumatizing, unnecessary and most horrible things I’ve ever had to go through in my life going there. All the women are loud, rude and ignorant. It’s so sad that they’re taking away opportunities from people who look like them, people from their community and who they should be helping. It’s infuriating, disheartening and just down right wrong. I hope everyone in there choke on something. The guard was nice though, the only nice thing about this location. It’s safe to say I officially give up and will never go there again. They won.

I can see why this place was so pack they are the best at what they do. The lady called me in quick and had me out the door in less than 10 minutes. Was sent there by Vybe Urgent Care because their staff could not do their job or did not want to. Either way I am grateful and appreciate the lady that attended me and did her job well done.
