Many 1 star reviews make this place off putting. However, this location's proximity to my home makes it an ideal place to visit. I made an appointment to have blood drawn at 7:45 AM. They instruct you to arrive 10 minutes early for check-in and whatnot. I arrived at 7:33 AM and the waiting room was empty. I headed to the check-in machine and proceeded to check-in. I struggled a little bit to get the camera to recognize my QR code, but it finally did. Once that was completed I sat down and waited to be called in. After a few minutes I was directed into a room by one of the staff. I proceeded to the room and sat down and waited for a minute or two as the phlebotomist made her way to the room. Once in, she had me confirm my info and directed me to move to another chair (for drawing blood). She then proceeded to draw my blood, telling me I'd feel a little pinch as the needle was inserted. She did not have a hard time finding a nice plump vein to draw from as I made sure to hydrate the night before and as soon as I woke up. She proceeded to fill two vials with my blood, withdrew the needle and placed a piece of gauze and tape over the puncture wound. I was out of the facility before my scheduled appointment time. While she wasn't the friendliest person I have met she was efficient. I did not happen to see what her name was. No bruising or discomfort is present after the procedure. Overall a pleasant straightforward experience.

I've always got blood drawn at my doctor's office and was very reluctant to come to this office after reading the negative reviews. But out of convenience I decided to visit this location and to my surprise I had a pleasant experience. I easily made my appointment online was able to communicate via text for arrival. As suggested I arrived a little early and the technician Delilah called me back at my appt time. She confirmed info, was gentle and very friendly!

How do they decline a pregnant women to get blood work over a payment…….. horrible
