Mercantile was great at the start of my experience. That was very short lasted. I noticed that every time a bad situation occurred they seemed to have no care for their tenants at all! Towing was insane literally illegally towing! Hopefully they figure it out one day !

I am not quite sure why there are some negative reviews. Maybe due to previous management. But, from my experience it has been amazing. I’ve been here about a month and I don’t have anything negative to say at all. Ms. Kim and Ms. Aisha has been nothing but amazing from the beginning of the application process(which was easy), move in date and us calling this place home. We were on the waiting list but it was worth the wait. The pictures you see is just how the property looks. I love the fact that it’s diverse here, dog lovers and it’s a mixture of the youth and senior citizens. It’s quiet here and people have respect for one another. I have great neighbors and the complex sits in a good area as well. If you want to shop, you can head either way to Saginaw, Keller or Haltom City. It’s the same short distance. If you have children; they will be attending one of the best school districts in Fort Worth - Eagle Mountain Saginaw Independent School District. Everyone has different experiences, but for the most part, mine has been great!! Staff keep up the awesome work!

Where do I begin, a few months before I moved in I was told the blinds for the windows are on back order, figured by the time I move in, I’d have blinds...wrong!!! I’ve been here a year and even renewed my lease for another year and guess what?? STILL NO BLINDS!! Everytime a work order is put in, takes forever before they come to fix things, not to mention I had to track down pest control to spray my apartment because when I tell the office it doesn’t get done, oh and as of this week, I lost my car because they towed it due to expired apartment sticker which I never knew expired and was told you never asked like really?? when I renewed my lease, should have been the time to give me a new sticker but no they take no responsibility for what occurred, just making my life as single parent that much harder, I’m not happy especially that I have no transportation with sick kids and still no blinds but yet new apartments they’ve rented out do...where is the respect for current residents???

When I talked with a representative at Mercantile Square, they said no units were ready yet, but would be in a month. For sure in January.
Try talking to them first they may not realise how much noise they are making. If they have kids you may be out of luck with the noise.
I drove passed them a couple weeks ago and they're still under construction but when I called they said they do have some units available to move into now.
You can smoke outside. You do not have to have a parking permit but you have to notify the office what vehicle(s) you will have on premises.

They go by a sliding scale. So, a family of 3 can't make over a certain gross amount, and so on. It's not like Section 8, where your rent fluctuates in accordance to your income. Hope this helps!
