I highly do not recommend moving here the new management is highly unprofessional. The two new women in office are very rude and unwilling to have professional conversations with residents. They also do not mind providing your personal information to others and don’t mind putting your safety in jeopardy. One of the women even shared my apartment number with another resident who I do not know. Do not move into this apartment complex.

UNREAL! WE were the first tenants in this complex when they were built. After a year and 3 new managers they tried to evict due to Baylor needing our apartment for medical needs? We won in court! Final judgment no eviction. 2 years later they send a bill for $5,700.00 to us via collections.... yeah right are you serious?! This is harassment mistletoe and you are garbage. Beware of Shannon we recorded her on multiple occasions entering our apartment without notice or permission. Our vehicles were vandalized repeatedly and they would never check the cameras.... DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU'RE READY FOR COURT.

Very professional and friendly woman in the office! Also Very close to lots of shopping centers and big parks with trails!!! And maintenance is very active I love that part!!! #home *Edit I didn’t think I would come to the point of having to update my review but if you have visitors make sure they DO NOT park in the “visitors parking” spaces until it’s registered and if you are a door dasher, Uber eats etc MAKE sure you do not park in the garage nor the visitors parking spaces! The tow company that mistletoe station has (Apollo towing) hide and wait to see if anyone is not registered even if it was only parked there for 5 minutes! I find it very unprofessional to have a towing company that gives no warnings whatsoever. (Yes we’re warned) but not everyone like delivery drivers!

Very loud and dirty complex. The police and fire department have to come to the complex multiple times a week due to the disruptive tenants. The train is right next to the building and passes by multiple times a day including very late hours around 3am, so you will be woken up. The manager, Shannon, is an absolute nightmare. Unprofessional, rude, lazy, and racially biased. When it comes to working with her you will get nothing resolved and have to experience a grotesque attitude from a truly awful human being that doesn't care about any of the tenants, doesnt do her job, is extremely rude, but begs us to write her a good review. Ha! . Do not try to save your money by coming to live here. You are much better off somewhere else. Save yourself the trouble
