Lisa is always so pleasant to deal with, as are the rest of the good folks who work here. I moved home, to Bronson, a couple years ago, and have had to visit this office several times. I have not once had a negative experience. Sadly, I incurred major brain damage in a MVC, and I am not good at communicating with others; yet these fine people always seem to understand, and know just what to say, when I get flustered. I genuinely appreciate all of the services offered, and moreover, appreciate the professionalism exhibited by the employees of this office, in conducting their business. Thank you, to all of you, for not being upset with me when I spill my drink, forget to get a number, forget why I’m there, etc. Y’all have eased my mind, every time I’ve been there, and that falls into the “priceless” category! First off let start off by saying I am a retired military veteran, appreciate all the discounts and how our communities have treated my generation of veterans. I drove an hour to apply for the Veterans exemption to find out the application are only excepted during December-March. Been adulting for 3 days with a closing, getting electric turned on, water, sewage, trash, DMV all over Levy County. Did I miss the small print somewhere on a website or other place, miss this stated in a conversation thru all these offices or how can another veteran be made aware of this before taking the time out of their day, spending money on fuel to advertise this to be more obvious and known throughout the Veterans community. Thanks
