I just moved in yesterday. Kaili was very nice and provided great assistance with the whole application process and getting approved! The community was BEAUTIFUL outside, it’s literally like a little community lol. People were walking around being active, the grounds and amenities were very pleasing to view. When I picked up my keys the leasing office seemed welcoming. I don’t remember the guy at the front desk name, but I loved his energy. Melissa was very informative and welcoming as well. When I walked into my apartment I loved it, all I had to do was mop and wipe down the place, nothing too major. I will say the stairways could use some cleaning but that’s due to the tenants being careless dropping their garbage I'm assuming. Overall I think I will enjoy my stay at Parkside at Craig ranch :)

Those that were residents prior to the "new management" company taking over on October 1st of 2021 are under a lease with NO NEED RESTRICTIONS ,but at the time of renewal are being told there is a breed restriction on their pets that have been here with them on their prior lease 😔

Phase 3, on the 4th floor. Take the second entrance off Alma and it’ll be your first building on your right.
Visitors can park in the outside parking spots or the first floor of the garages. Make sure they look for the yellow reserved signs over certain sports. Those are for handicapped residents and you could be towed. They can't park in the garages passed the gate. I mean, if they followed someone thru and were only staying for a few hours they probably could get away with it. But a few days stay they might get caught and towed.
You can't reserve any of the common areas. They are first come first serve and even then you can't block other residents from using the space. But if you already are there with a party the residents probably won't budge in. I was able to hold a baby shower and a game night in the residents lounge just fine.
AT&T Uverse, no other options. Also be prepared for spotty cell signal depending on where you apartment is located. But enable Wi-Fi calling on your phone and you'll be good.
