Do you guys have a breed restrictions?

Those that were residents prior to the "new management" company taking over on October 1st of 2021 are under a lease with NO NEED RESTRICTIONS ,but at the time of renewal are being told there is a breed restriction on their pets that have been here with them on their prior lease 😔

I've seen all kind of dogs, from pits to great Danes. But we recently went under new management so things may have changed.

Thank you for your question! The previous management company did not have breed restrictions. If you are a current resident with an aggressive breed animal you are grandfathered in. New prospects looking for an apartment will be under new management criteria and we do have aggressive breed restrictions for new move-ins. Please let me know if you have any questions.
