Put in a work services over a month ago. When I called to find out why the service has not been done, the lady at the front desk hung up the phone. The front door leading to the porch does not have a lock, the laundry room door came 0ff, the master bedroom bathtub does not have hot water, the second atheoom does not have hot water in the sink. This is over a month now.

Overall experience has been very great, Lilly and Manny are responsible for apartment management and are both fantastic and very helpful. I have no problem reaching either of them when I have questions or need assistance. Great communication and often host food trucks and have treats for the residents regularly (cocktail hour!) Highly recommend.

i truly loathe this complex. we’ve had nothing but issues since we moved in. when we first moved in we had roach issues, a broken electrical socket, a missing and broken door, our appliances were so old, that one by one they stopped working and not to mention the door lock was installed inside out so anyone could’ve walked into our apartment. we’ve had to deal with inconsiderate & noisy neighbors as well but the worst part about living in this sad excuse for “luxury style” living is the parking. soho does not posses enough designated parking spaces for its residents. they make you register your vehicles (limited to 2) online which is fine but heaven forbid you have a friend or family over & they need somewhere to park. you have to register their vehicle online as well which is also fine but they have to park in visitor parking which WOULD BE fine if there were enough parking spaces for residents to not have to park in the visitor parking so visitors would actually have somewhere to park! there are more handicapped spaces available than non & most of the time, those spots are empty! there have been times where i’ve come home late from a work trip & i’ve had to sit in my car until 2 am WAITING for a parking spot bc there’s nowhere to park, not even at adjacent buildings. there have also been times where we’ve had to park extremely far and walk to our building in the middle of the night. do you know how unsafe that is!? the added cost for a garage is insane as well! i have spoken to several tenants and they’ve all complained about the same issue. i completely understand the parking restrictions and enforcing them but please ensure that you have sufficient parking means for your residents and their guests! i have never in my life lived somewhere with such disorganization & disregard for their residents. this complex is truly trash. the turnover here is super high & it feels like they have new management in the office every other week. if i could give this place no stars, i would. that’s probably the only reason they’re at a “3.2”. i’m not the kind of person that leaves reviews ever bc i don’t care enough but in the 15 months that my family & i have resided here, it’s been a nightmare. i couldn’t wait to tell them we weren’t renewing our lease and we can’t move any faster. i would never recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

Leasing from Soho has been the worst experience. The management never responds to calls, or returns them. When i finally sign the lease and picked up the keys, i was horrified to find the place covered in fleas, and mold under the sink. They took my money and offered no assistance. They deserve less than a star. Terrible.

Yes, we have furnished homes available. Please contact the leasing office for more information.
There is a washer and dryer in each home. We also offer on-site dry cleaning and laundry service.
It is billed with the rent as a separate charge, but it is not included in the rental rate.
No it's not
Its all through an app now
Yes. They do have one bedroom units. It goes up to a 3 bedroom
No
Parking spots are not assigned to each apartment. There is a parking lot where you can park anywhere you want as long as you have the sticker so you don't get towed which they will give you at the office when you sign your lease. I have always found a spot every time I come to the parking lot. Sometimes late at night or on the weekend you have to park a little further from your apartment but there's usually something in the parking lot at least. That is pretty normal for most Apartments. There is also a visitor parking so you can park in those spots as well if there's no regular spots left.
