I haven’t been so unhappy with a renting process in my life until I ran across Stone Lake Apartments. First, Rey was the leasing agent who assisted me initially. She was friendly and had a lot of knowledge of the complex. Now these apartments are extremely outdated. Literally looks like something off of the Brady bunch… but the view of the lake is AMAZING! Now, I put in an application and this is where things took s turn for the worst. I was asked to present all 10 pages of my bank statements for three months. I spoke with the assistant manager Tyler, who is extremely RUDE! He literally listens to respond and not understand. I asked she speak the property manager, Diana and multiple times I was told she was not there. Tyler stated to me that my bank statements were needed to match the deposit from my job, ok fine. I sent them the statement with the matching deposit and then they requested all 10 pages of my statement. FOR WHAT!? Tyler couldn’t explain to me if what they were looking for was on page 3 why they needed all 10 pages. He basically was rude about the entire situation and told me they don’t make changes because I l feel uncomfortable with it and I requested the application be cancelled. They still charged my card and I had to file a fraud dispute to finally get my money back. Ridiculous! Save yourself the trouble and do not lease here.

This apartment used to be awesome untill last week . They came up with a ridiculous policy that only allows one lease holder one parking space in the complex. Example, If you live in one bedroom apartment, the house hold only gets one parking spot. THAT MAKES ZERO SENSE. What If a married couple living in one bedroom apartment that owns 2 cars, where will the other car be parked at. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. DO NOT LEASE WITH THEM. the new management sucks. Also the leasing agent, the light skin dude is as rude as A cat. . DONT LEASE!!!
