Don’t even think to live there , they will come up every month with a new charge , maintenance is so bad , will have to wait for ever and they will not come , they are super rude except Sofia , they will never answer a phone for anything, they just sitting there to steal your money

This by far has been the worst experience yet… they take weeks to resolve a ticket that should take minutes . Our a/c unit thermostat does not work and we’ve replace batteries out of our own money because front office does not have a solution. ADT was supposed to come out but management has failed to fix this issue. It’s been over 2 months since we’ve moved and still fighting this. By far the worst experience yet, if I could rate it worse I would. So displeased with this, I have a new born and a kid that rely on A/C. I don’t know the kind of people running this but it’s mediocre.. cannot say nothing good about this.

No communication, they charge for valet trash yet valet hasn't picked up in 3 weeks. I've been calling office for 2 weeks now and still have yet to speak to a person. I've left numerous voicemails awful management.

I love living there the only thing that I didn’t like was I kept getting accused n my kids of doing things but thank god I had a door camera they don’t investigate the situation enough but other than that they are nice sweet kind and helpful once I spoken up I’m very comfortable there
