UPDATE: 9/16/22 I spoke with someone in the front office, they told me that they processed our return and should be receiving out refund a week from next Tuesday. I will post another update then. Our application was denied even after we had put down a deposit. The ladies in the leasing office said that we would receive our refunded deposit within a month. It has been a month and we have not received anything in return. I have called and left messages but they have not been returned. We are extremely angry that they took our money and will not return it.

I was a resident for over 2 years and had to Leave Parkways on prairie. My work Van was stolen from a paid parking spot right in front of my building and the manager had no sympathy what so ever. I lost everything, my work gear and equipment were taken, I was just devasted!!! The police report was done yet the Cameras on the premises we're the cheapest kind, they couldn't even identify the robbers and we were never showed the serveilance footage, THEY did absolutely NOTHING! About a year later We lost our job due to the Pandemic so we decided to request our leave due to the circumstances, we thought they'd understand the reasons stated on an email I sent and still have but yet again disappointment. They are still charging me $3,000 for this unit which I'm making payments for as I am a responsible person and don't want to damage my Credit. I confirmed with front office They rented out my apartment 2 months after I left. They didn't loose any money yet I lost so much more moving from the country to this place that was suppose to be safe for me and my family. They say secured gates, but its not the case, if so how was my vehicle stolen so easily here.. I also had a bug issue that took place on a 2 bedroom apartment I moved to due to feeling unsafe after the robbers had taken my personal info. The bugs we're all over the edges of my windows facing the back building and the balcony closet where I stored a couple of luggages and all my Christmas decor that were also ruined which they didn't want to pay for, except for A Luggage not all my items. Pest control could not identify the bugs yet they hired a cleaning lady to come in and clean my apartment, this didn't make a difference, the bugs we're still there! I also had a broken siding issue with water spilling inside the unit which was not replaced. I have videos too long to post of this and I also have a video in the conditions I left the apartment. I truly wish I could charge them for all my losses like they are charging me. Very unfair company, Would not recommend moving to this complex. Very disappointed Parkways and Lincoln properties.

Very great place to live! One of my baby mamas live here and our kids love it! There’s several kids also here and they all play with each other at the park!
