Gentlemen, if you are thinking of moving to these apartments, do not do it, because when there is a fault they never fix it, they charge a lot for how old these apartments are and they have many faults, they are very expensive, they charge for everything and each time they go from bad to worse, the children's park is horrible and neglected, very dirty, and so they want to continue charging more money

The rent was advertised as $1090. Once we got approved and went in to pay our deposit we were told the amount went up a whole $500! Then you have all these extra fees on top of that like water, even if you're not home using it. Trash, even though they dont pick it up all the time. The amenities listed on the website are non existent. They do not have a fitness center and the pool is definitely not resort style. They do NOT have a clubhouse or bbq/picnic area of any kind whatsoever. I was told the rent went up because of the amenities but there are none. There's new staff every two weeks when they might as well hire a tenant who knows more about the property. Very unprofessional and not to mention they are extremely rude. WHERE'S THE LAWYER? Update: We pay all these extra fees for maintenance and they don’t even water the grass! Now the fake picnic area has caught on fire!

Left a good review after living there a few years ago, was almost considering moving back until i saw they raised all the rents by 400 to 500 bucks a month. This place is not that nice, get over yourselves.
