I'm writing this review (3 stars) on 09/16/2022, Move in date was 08/19/2022. It has been a month and I still do not have a mail key. When we moved in, there was an ant infestation, the vinyl floor was not glued down, we had someone else's washer in the unit, and we were given the wrong keys initially. I have left 7 voicemails to the managements office and have not received a call back in 4 business weeks. We were also misinformed about the lease. We were told that we were applying for a unit without washer and dryers and with carpet. When we moved in, there was no carpet (it was unglued vinyl) and there was a washer already in the unit. Usually, these circumstances would deserve a lower rating, however, the appliances were brand new and the place was very clean (apart from ants). I just got blinds in my dining room yesterday and I still don't have hot water in my kitchen, but my main concern is that I have no way to get my mail. My VERY important and VERY expensive life-dependant medicine gets mailed to me and it seems like the management doesn't care whether I get it or not. They seem to treat people like nuances, rather than like a normal human being. Although I've written mostly negative comments, the maintenance guys have been lovely and helpful with emergency requests. The wi-fi is also running at full capacity and is reliable so far. Update 09/18/2022 (4 stars) I got a call today and Lakeside Villas explained that they will investigate and fix the issues I'm having. What matters to me is that they were very quick to read my review and responded to it kindly.

So I moved in Aug 2018 , and I got to be honest things were a bit out of place and my unit wasnt ready. But Monica Jones helped to get past that part. There was an issue early on with my rent showing i didn't pay a fee bc it was showing on another unit. That was resolved. A few months later parking was horrible. My car was towed but Natalie understood and had my car returned and made sure I had a parking spot. Now I'm 7 months and also in school and my up stairs neighbors have been inconsiderate. But Monica took care of that so far a few days I've been able to rest, read, and write my papers for my English and Sociology classes. The apts are recently under new management so I dont know of any changes right now but i would recommend if you're looking you rent in the area come her first. Speak to Monica. If its a weekend dont bother calling, Donovan is not answering the phone, you gotta go in. But the office isnt nothing without Asst Monica J. there. 7/12/22 Update: Still here and now it's been 3yrs & 11 months I'm still a resident. I've seen 4 different mgrs and 3 different mgmt companies. None of the folks who were here when I got here 😒 left. Alot of things that were lenient is now being enforced which the feelings like home is gone. There's not alot of access to the amenities except the gym which some items are broken. You can only go now during office hours. But Asst Christy is a nice lady and helpful in areas she can help in. 9/1/22 Update: They're aren't any amenities you may see online. Haven't had any access to the pool all summer long , the 2nd pool has been closed the entire summer, constantly being told its being worked on or waiting on the city. But every week they cleaning the pool but its closed ( make it make sense).The club house isn't open being told renovations and I live infront of both no renovations since early this year. The gates don't work after they gave everyone gate keys. No gym access period. It use to be whenever til 10pm before pandemic. And if it says renovations on any apt it's just carpet maybe a newer appliance. I wish Monica Jones was here, she was the best asset ţo this management team. She got things done. Also don't bother calling you'll get no answer, you just can go during office hours and they're now closed on Sundays. Good luck on your apartment hunt.
