First time looking at the apt was when we got our keys 2 Saturdays ago. That same day we noticed possible black mold and wanted to get that checked asap as we have kids under 2 and notified the lady in the office at the time. Tuesday my husband checked the apt again, nothing. He then requested a maintenance work order online since the office was closed for lunch at the time. Friday comes, still nothing. He notified that same lady when they came back from lunch, along with showing pictures to her and the manager if I am not mistaken and was told someone would look at it that day. Saturday came when we had to start fully moving in and it still has not been checked. He gets the same thing from the office that they will have someone check it out. Literally just moved in and I already want to move out. If I am having this much of an issue to get something seen, something that can possibly be harmful for my family I just cannot imagine the rest of the year. I honestly don’t care for a response back and I will not be emailing about the issue because it’s already been brought up to the office in person more than a couple of times.

I’ll give them two stars because I liked the property when I toured it. However, the follow up with this complex is horrible. I had to call multiple times a day before getting an answer. Sometimes you can call the whole day and never get an answer. So if you’re applying beware of that. Due to my own circumstances I was denied, but I didn’t even receive a courtesy call to be told that. I just received a email from a third party saying that I had been denied. When I called to see if I could appeal the denial it still took multiple calls before I got an answer. When I did get an answer I was told by the Assistant Manager that she would still send my application up to the Manager. Never got a call back. It was a waste of 75 dollars but that is ok it just means it wasn’t meant to be.

Before you decide to move over here I recommend that you think 🤔 twice. I have been here for 4 Years and since then the staff including management have let these apartments go down . I recently upgraded into a large 1 bedroom I have been submitting work orders like crazy upon my move in the dishwasher was not locked into the wall , glass window was broke , blinds on patio door were damaged ,bathroom sink facet dripping water , closet pipe and rack fell down came completely out the wall still not fixed yet my clothes are on the floor all I get from management is a bunch of excuses and to Top it all off 5 cars got broken 😞 into last week . When my lease is up I am out of here !
