Very upset - we feel Stephen T misled us on what he called included. We purchased 2 new iPhones yesterday with Verizon’s $800 credit promo. When we got to store Stephen T told us it would cost us out of pocket $500. That would include setup, case, screen protector, taxes on phone & iPhone charger. It turned out to be $636.97. We were not given invoice to look at. As it turned out we were charged $69.99 & 59.99 for the cases that we don’t even like. There really wasn’t a $500 package plan as we were led to believe. Today we found out cases really weren’t part of “a plan”. We could have bought them anywhere. Today Chris & Ty were very helpful.
