This store is a corporate store. Which in my experience makes all the difference. They go above and beyond to assist with any need or issues that you may have. We waited less than 5 minutes for a representative to help us, even on a busy Sunday afternoon. Cykalally was knowledgeable, informative and very patient with us. We received above and beyond customer service with genuine care that our needs were met. I highly recommend this location. Although, this location is in no way convenient to where I live; I will definitely make the drive.

We got 4 phones and all our numbers were mixed up so we called in to customer care and technical support SEVERAL times over a period of two days then in the end we had to wait 48hrs because of some mistake they made. So at the end of the 48hrs we call back in and they STILL couldn't help us so they finally sent us to the nearest store. The rep that was there immediately greeted us as we walked in and 30 minutes later he and his tablet had done what a TEAM of others couldn't over two days. Kudos to AT&T store on Hulen Street!

Tell me how it took 75 mins to do something that should have been 10 mins? I came in to order an iphone 14 pro and get a new sim card. Selene was not only slower than paint drying, but also rude and condescending. Oh, she doesn't know what she's doing either. She tried to tell me my cell phone is stolen because "Find my iphone" wouldn't turn off... when she's the one that connected to a wifi in their office that had no network connectivity. She would also ask me a bunch of questions that I told her multiple times are regarding things I am not interested in. She must have asked me 5 times if I want to do atnt next. I said the first 2 times I don't. Asking me what I do for work... etc... Who hires these people ? You can't even connect to wifi properly? Also, there were times of 5-10 mins she had my phone in her hands and wouldn't even show me what she's doing to it. 10 mins of pure silence of scrolling around. On top of it all it's like 50 degrees in here. This location is an absolute disaster.
