I've had terrible experiences at this store, not to mention AT&T in general. Multiple associates have helped me but mostly a younger hispanic lady. Either the associates have very little knowledge or they repeatedly lie. They don't tell you about all the hidden fees. They lied to me about the totally monthly charge (because I specifically asked them how much it would add up to in the end on a monthly basis). They signed me up for the most expensive plan without asking me or describing different options. I would highly discouraged anyone from going to this store or even using AT&T in general.

This particular store was so badly undermanned, that they borrowed an employee from Richardson to help out. I know this because he sold me my phones at the Richardson store, and then I got to see him at this one. To make matters worse, this is a high traffic location. Best thing, go there in person.
