Best customer service!!! Jose was able to help us out today and did an amazing job. He gave us so many options and even helped us save some money on our bill as well as going above and beyond with our needs. This is one of the best Verizon stores I've ever visited and I highly recommend Jose if you are looking to purchase anything from this store. He is very knowledgeable and is always looking out for your best interest.

First time at this store and the guy just gave me a number to call. I have been to multiple verizon stores and they have all helped me out . But this store didn't even attempt it

Gabriel lost the $ale! Now I remember why I always go to the Verizon on Burleson. I came in to inquire about purchasing Two iPhones Max 14. He talked really fast going over my options, so I asked for paper to write them down so I can see which option was best for me. He rolled his eyes and got the paper but never gave it to me. I asked him again for the price for my early grade vs the price if I paid the last 3 months of my bill. He was aggravated because he had to tell me again, which was why I asked for the paper. With every question I asked he just zoomed through it way too fast! Then he preceded to try to also sell me accessories for a phone I hadn’t yet said I would purchase. Reviews aid Michael was great. I guess I should had asked for him. Anyway I’m headed to Burleson where I always get top service

Went in this store to have my son's phone turned on with new Verizon service, I was charged $110 for service and monthly payment and I was fine with that. Minutes later the lady that was working with me tells me that my phone was not going to be able to be turned on through Verizon, I said fine and just give me a refund. The store manager (DOM) said that I couldn't get a refund because there was nothing to refund my money to....I totally did not understand this....I even told him that she charged me before she knew if I could get service.... He proceeded to take to me very rudely and yes words were exchanged. Please don't go here, all they care about is a sale

Appearantly not. XD But is really life even lifeproof? XD But usually case companies like LifeProof and OtterBox will send a replacement. I dont know if they still do that though. :o
