TURN AROUND AND DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!! When I first got a chair through them in 2014 I was told I would have to pay the co-payment myself even though I had a co-insurance that would pay it. It turned that wasn't true. I had made four $50.00 monthly payments before the new office girl told me I wasn't supposed to be paying anything at all. When I called their main office in Plano to get a refund I was told I had to prove it, even though it was on their books. The new office girl back then ended up getting fired over it. The girl that is now in the Fort Worth office is rude to the customers and seems to take great delight in accusing the customers of doing things they aren't doing. She even hinted around that they've been watching me and seeing where I go.

Extremely helpful with getting through the Medicare process that is totally a bureaucratic pain. Worked with my Doctor’s office to finally get approval. Wheelchair delivered a day earlier than expected. Thanks to Becca and Steve!

I just got off the phone with the person that answered at this store I was inquiring about a charger and two batteries for a Go-Go elite traveler 4 and the prices did he quoted me for the charger itself was a 10 times markup of what it cost at other stores including the batteries too the batteries run for 49 bucks same battery that you going to get it there store in the same charger that you going to get at their store cheaper at a Walmart or battery Plus

Very misleading. I was in need of a manual chair and was inquiring about a quick purchase. I was told my insurance covered it and they would order it. They had wheelchairs in store but said its only for rentals. When the chair was ready for pick up they guy at the store only showed my friend how to open/close it and flip the armrest. I called to find out why I was getting billed suddenly and now I'm being told it's a rental. This same chair is $200 at Wal-Mart. Very misleading practices for a quick buck.
