They actually helped me with everything I needed help with
John Lopez
Ive been calling back to back and they keep hanging up the phone. I guess they are too lazy to answer the phone. Slowest service ive ever had. They should get people who actually care about helping other people. Seems like the workers here only care about riding the clock.
Marcus Washington
Horrible experience with atrocious customer service

Yes they will stell help u
Because they don't want to give you any 💰💰💰💰
Yes u can apply for emergency food stamps and be able to get them today
Yes and you should certainly go inquire about the replacement card you never received
It's best to show up first thing in the morning. You can apply on line, but if you don't, they have computers and hard copies as well. I did everything there in a few hours and was buying food that afternoon.
They're probably gonna tell u there's something u haven't turned in or updated
If your trying to apply for ebt you need to call 211 they will.tell you to do that
They have limited personnel because of covid, and a large amount of people showing up for help. It would be easier going on line!
It was open on Monday December the 6th. I've not been by today.
Either call or go in to the office
Theres one off 820 john t white
You can enter to get applications, get information ask questions or turn in paperwork but interviews are being done over the phone
If you want to be seen for emergency foodstamps yes.
Yes
No
Go throu foodstamps office or call 211
My experience was; went to office in duncanville, had a short wait, met with a case worker(she was great) walked out with an EBT card after interview. Took less than an hour. On this day they were not busy, only one other person waiting ahead of me. I don't know if this is typical.
All day just make sure you got all your paperwork
Walk in before 3:00 pm to apply for emergency assistance.
SNAP and TANF benefits are usually renewed every six months, Medicaid is yearly. When it is time, you will get a something in the mail.
No they give you a card and the money is placed on it.
That's just b******* go to your first time employer get the date you started the day to end it go to the other employer get the first day you started and if you're still there proof of that and l so they'll have to back pay you on those because that's not right they'lll try to trip you up every way you go( just) /-/ prove they can but if you held on both jobs then you're still there going to have they know it in your you're not going to help you until at least 6 more months. Just Prove it..
Call n ask sometime they have to make sure no one else has used or found your card
Probably apply and during interview explain or go up to tje SNAP office and ask to speak with a supervisor
8:00am. 4:00 maybe 5:00 you can also go on line its faster
I am not sure I drove to the address and dropped it in the box.but the website should tell you
Thank you
From what l know you can not unlock ebt cards. The government has control on them and what you are awarded to receive each month, it's input into your card by the government dept.
