Positive: The cost & location were Great¿. The continental breakfast was good for a Day Start¿. Staff was Very helpful when I left a personal item in room & was gracefully returned to me,,,,, Negative: Upon arriving to hotel after a long travel.. All bathrooms had a sign¿Out of Order¿,,,, I explained an accident would happen if a bathroom was not available.. Staff then suggested to enter bathroom regardless of the sign,,, Overall bathroom was WO

We stayed at this hotel last night and I pray we don't get sick from this nasty filthy dirty place. We turned off the air because the smell was so foul. Floor was filthy The soap was so cheap it wouldn't lather. The sofa was so nasty we wouldn't put anything on it. The mirror was smeared. Don't stay here.

We were traveling through going to Miami and couldn't drive any longer, one of the best Rodeway we have stayed at. The staff was welcoming. They have a breakfast and the waffles were delicious. Room was clean will stay again!

Average place…for the price they could be a bit better. Pool was clean, breakfast was horrible 😞, internet was fast, water for the tea was dirty and they was only one person working desk breakfast. Customer service needs yo improve. This is to followed up on the response from the hotel. I stayed at other hotel around the area like the Ramada and the service was a lot better. Also if you are going to add continental breakfast don’t just add waffle, muffins and cereal. The hot water for the tea was dirty with something black as could be seen on the photo. Also included at least fruits. If you are going to send people to other restaurants don’t advertise breakfast. Also the staff shortage was understandable during the beginning and halfway through the pandemic, but now let’s get serious.
