We're All Mad Here
UPDATE: 7/16/22 - We received a stock response (same response) that's sent to many people that have left a bad review of the theater from the "Owner". This is extremely unprofessional. It's nice to acknowledge us that you glanced at our review but would be nicer for you to take the time to actually act as though you read what we wrote. Now we see why the manager is a bad as she is since she normally just stands around & allows the teenagers run the show which is why this theatre has gone downhill. We meant to mention that in our experience & from remarks we've heard from friends & family, that not once since we went or when our family & friends went to this theater did anyone ever ask us for a ticket. We can't imagine how many people attend these movies for free once they find out no one ever asks for a ticket (we buy ours online & have never been asked to see the tickets so we always pull out our phone at the concession stand & ask the person helping us to scan our phone. They always respond, "Oh, yeah" because they're not used to asking for a ticket). And, we can only imagine how much money this poor theater is losing, due to this oversight, that they could use to lower the temperature of the AC, hire & pay better staff, buy new chairs that aren't uncomfortable or broken, hire a cleaning crew for the bathrooms, buy another soda machine so we don't have to wait in line for 10 minutes after we had to wait in line to purchase the outrageously priced soda....we could go on & on. Please, for your own sake, have one of the 8 people behind the concession (where normally only 2 or 3 are actually working as the others are on their phones standing right next to the manager who's doing nothing either - classy...) check for tickets & advise patrons where to go to see their movie. We'd bet your drawer at the end of the first night, you do have a person ask for tickets, will show a HUGE profit. Thank you for having a theater in Wesley Chapel, we do appreciate that, but please, really read the negative reviews & make some changes & this theater will hopefully be a place people want to go to. FIRST REVIEW A WEEK AGO: Movie theater went downhill once sold. They never have the AC cold or even a bit chilly, seats are uncomfortable, butter on your popcorn comes from a squeeze bottle and even the popcorn is different and not great. One positive, at least we still have a movie theater in Wesley Chapel.

Went to see Thor here. The theater is very clean, and has plenty of theaters to see whatever movie u are interested in. The food is decent, but I just got popcornπ€·ββοΈ. It's assigned seating but most theaters are going that way.

This was our first visit to the Marquee Suites since it was renovated. My expectations were for a higher end table service meal. While that isn't what we got, I was impressed. Placing the order at the ticket counter for your food did take away from the experience, but logistically I understand. The seats are great and reclining is the best way to see the movie. Our burgers were tasty and the service was quick. The sound is amazing, and overall the experience was great.

After almost 2 years of not going to the movies every Friday afternoon (due to Covid), we went this week. We were impressed with improvements made. The staff was helpful & the popcorn was fresh. Plus the theater was super clean. We had a great experience & will be back. Keep scheduling those matinees!

Movie tickets are typically around $16 per adult and food is extra with food menu at CineBistro
They have the usuall snacks, pretzels, hot dogs, nachos, popcorn, candy, ice cream and sodas. Upstairs at the bistro they have actual entrees and the menu can be found online. Burgers, some "fine dining" items and a full bar. I hope this helps.

Yes. Most movie theaters are even up through Christmas as a lot of Jewish families make it a tradition to eat Chinese food and see a movie
Not as of noon today.
