(I'm sorry this will be long but I want to give me honest review and if you take the time to read it you will understand why) On September 27, 2018 I tried to make a phone call to this location and was on the phone waiting for my call to be picked up for 30 minutes trying to set an appointment for the 28th, but decided to just give up and just be a walk-in. Then on the 28th I walked into this location and was greeted by Brenda the front desk PRC, I asked her if I could see a doctor. Brenda said "we do not take patients half and hour till closing" and I said "Really? It is only 4:03, it's not half an hour?" She Huff's and says "well what did you need to see them for " and I say " a pregnancy test I'm two weeks late" in a low discreet voice so the other patient 10 feet behind me couldn't hear what I was saying but Brenda asked me to repeat what I said. When I do she raised her voice and repeats what I say out loud and I confirm with a nod and her eyes get wide and say "are you sure your pregnant?" And I say " I would really like to confirm it with a doctor". She then goes on to say after questioning me about what I'm there for to then tell me again " we can't take you an hour before closing , I'm also already closing down for the night, we can set you an appointment for next week" .(Note:why wouldnt she close down her computer 5 minutes before closing butba full hour? So do they not taket people who make appointments past 4:00pm? I know she said that they were packed in the back but what about people make appointments at 4:30? I thought about this as I'm writing.) I said to her again " It's 4:03 can you really not take me ?" She then goes on to say " Is it really that important to where you need it today?" I told her "yes it is", she then gives me the option to make an appointment next week on Thursday and I say no and just asked for her supervisors phone number and she gives me her extension. I called Amy and left a voicemail when I got home and let her Know that at the time of calling it was 4:31 at the time of leaving the message and let her know I don't agree with the fact that they turned me away an hour before closing. Will never be going here again the was my first and last time.
