I love this car wash! The staff is very friendly and don't care if you have a car wash for $3 or $20 they treat every customer with care. A wonderful customer service experience. I got stranded there and locked out of my car the male manager and staff went, beyond the call of duty to help me. I really do appreciate your staff for going the extra mile. It was right before closing. They tried to help me unlock my door before leaving . The manager recommended a locksmith service that came out when he called them to help me! The next time my key fob went out and my car would not start. Roadside assistance said that they were sending someone out, but they never didn't. My battery went dead my windows were down so, I couldn't just leave the car there. I was in one of their stalls so when they return the next morning I was still there. But before leaving for the evening management again and staff went beyond the call of duty to try to help me! I'm really grateful and I appreciate your time and effort! I come all the way from Tampa just to get my car washed there! Because it's a wonderful atmosphere. Thanks to the male and female managers & staff that helped me out! Never change keep up the great work!!!

I had a great experience at this car wash I don’t understand why people would lie about the management here. This place is awesome and both managers the Lady and the Gentleman with yellow polos shirts are good at what they do and the staff is top notch. Please don’t buy into the negative people writing negative reviews. The ones that do are from the competition. I challenge you to come and experience the service for your self..

This is honestly the best car wash that I have been to in Wesley Chapel area. They are very detailed and also they take there time to clean the inside and outside of my vehicle. Everyone is very helpful here and it is also a good price for exceptional service . It is a clean and vibrant car wash . Beach type eating area , clean and comfortable . Will always be coming back here .
