Is there a way to actually get someone on the phone? I need to cancel my membership and every time I call, no one answers and it says their mailbox is full. Very frustrating!

Evidently I am not able to get any information from the manager on site and I need the owner of this business to contact me ASAP before information gets submitted to the better business burial
