With its amazing central location, Anand Vihar is ideal for anyone who is looking for a fresh new living experience. I am so happy to see such beautiful model homes in my area of Tampa. After living in this area of Tampa for over 15 years, I feel that this community style living is just right for anyone looking to retire without the "retirement community" look! I was so impressed to learn about the yoga and meditation spaces. Anand Vihar also has a cafeteria and prayer area... there is not much more I can say about this place other than it's just "amazing" :)

Florida is a transient state filled with multiple options for a retirement community. Anand Vihar stands out in the sense that "on size does not fit all". There are plenty of options that suits all lifestyles. I'm looking for my in-laws and even the base options have many features that would considered a premium at other properties. It appears that ownership has taken great pride in this investment and it shows in the details. All this combined with location makes this decision even easier. Located in Tampa's hottest and fastest growing area while still having the private estate feel. Tampa's airport is easy to fly in and out of which makes visiting easy. Can't wait to move the in-laws in!
