Really poor efficiency and communication from this location. Placed an online order at 6:37pm. Walked in at 7:05p as it was going to be ready by then (per confirmation email). The time is now 7:49pm as I type this review (still no food). I learned they are placing your ticket in the queue once you arrive/pay even though you ordered ahead of time. Absolute last time I will be ordering from this establishment.

Fries were super soggy tasted terrible like fried in old oil. Wings had no flavor very bland and I ordered the garlic Parmesan no flavor at all. Never again!

Wings were fried so hard we had to throw some away, they were inedible. The fries were ice cold, with no seasoning whatsoever, just plain. We live 5 min from that location so if the fries were fresh or hot or even warm, there was not even time to cool down that much. They were clearly old and tasted as such. The overfrying is a common issue it seems for this location, save your money and order from the Fowler location as they have better quality control. Absolute waste of my time and money.

I keep trying to love this place but they make it difficult. I placed an order at 5:10pm online today and was sent a confirmation email stating food would be ready in 23-28 minutes and I paid ahead. I get there at 5:45pm (after time promised) and was told they are cooking it, so I don't get my food until 5:57pm. Then I get home with our Boneless wings and it was a joke. I would not even call all of them a wing. Some were barely the size of a quarter. A chicken nugget is bigger by far. I paid for 50 boneless chicken wings and 20 of them were more like popcorn chicken. For the price you are better off going to Hooters, Wing House or even Beef O'Brady's because at least you are getting what you pay for. Very disappointing because I am a fan of their wings☹
