The Older lady with short hair was rude, rushed us out, made a smart remark , when asked questions about prices seemed annoyed and was just so rude about the whole situation. On top of that the prices are high! The one teenage girl that was working was very helpful and sweet. This was at 4:30 pm on Monday 4/15/22 .

I shopped here just one week before school was to start and despite being an absolutely packed house, the store was adequately staffed. I thought I knew what I needed, but without even a hint that I needed assistance, I had an employee, I believe her name was Tyronda, approach me and offer help. She was beyond kind and warm. She gave me her opinions and even caught that I was purchasing the incorrect style of shorts for my daughter. She knew my child’s schools dress code better than me. She also brought up a great point about a style of bottom I was considering, but because of her young age, recommended something more “accessible” when it comes to her needing to use the little girls room. This employee just went above and beyond for us. It was a great experience. I will definitely be returning for years to come purely because this employee was genuinely helpful and so kind. Y’all have a gem with her in your team.
