I have lived at Horizon for about 2 months now and overall the experience is good. There are a few negatives with living here I’ve noticed. Pro: - Complex and apartments are very nice and well maintained. - Maintenance crew is great - Elevators - Location - Trash service - Dog park Cons: - Very loud. I have lived in a few apartments so I understand it comes with the territory, however the walls are very thin. I would not move here unless it’s on the top floor. I’ve had issues with the upstairs neighbor and the office doesn’t seem to care. They tell me it’s part of living in a apartment and call the police if it’s too bad. Overall, this is the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in, however make sure you get the top floor. Top corner apartment if you can.

Move in could not have gone smoother. Brandon was amazing, he answered every question I had and gathered everything I needed for move in to be ready as soon as I arrived. He has a great attitude and is enthusiastic to help residents. The apartment is very clean as well which just adds to the move in experience. If you’re thinking about moving in I highly recommend working with Brandon.

I love love loved my experience here at Horizon Wiregrass Ranch. The Assistant property manager Madison was so knowledgeable and personable the entire time I was with her and even after. She called and emailed me just genuinely wondering if I needed any help in the leasing process and not in a pushy way like most are. From the moment I walked in to the present day she has always been a friendly face and my go to. You don’t typically find workers who genuinely care about their customers, Madison is the exception. I felt like family. My process was a 10/10 and I will recommend this place to anyone looking for a home. Madison has made me feel like I have anew start here the way she carried herself and spoke about the property all of the knowledge she has I was just so amazed I would have thought she was the property manager. This place is AMAZING!!! I love the customer service that Brandon provided. He graciously showed me an apartment, even though he was backed up with work and it was almost closing time. I love all the information he provided and how he took the time to help me fill out the application. The apartments were clean and smelled sooo good! After touring this beautiful community and Brandon’s immaculate customer service, it solidified my decision to get my 1 BR Apt. I’m really looking forward to moving here this month!!! -A. Smith
