We have lodged at many hotels, but this BW location in Wesley Chapel is exceptional. Jay the front desk manager is an excellent host. Cleanliness is over the top! Best breakfast anywhere! Easily saved us $100 on our 5 day stay. Staff is friendly and accommodate in every way possible. We could not have found a better place to spend our week. We hated leaving. For the value you cannot do better. I highly recommend this location for your next Flordia stay in the Tampa area. You'll not be disappointed!

Although the overall hotel was very clean and the front desk attendant at check out was great! not so much in the morning. The breakfast was horrible yuck unless you like powdered eggs. the coffee was like water. But worst of all was that our air did not work and the toilet was not working properly it was so loud that we had to shut off the water to it in order to try and get some sleep. We got back to the room from out night out (we only stayed one night) at 2am so we suffered through the night and let the front desk know our issues early that morning. We were told a manager would contact us. No surprise that we did not received no communication. When I called back I was simply told that we should have let them know at 2:30 am when we realized the air wasn't working and the toilet had an issue. No we are sorry or even an offer for a discount on a future stay.. Not acceptable!

They allowed me to check in early, which was amazing and the staff helped me tremendously with some issues I was having. It’s hard to find friendly people nowadays, it’s because they all work here!! Rooms are clean and spacious and the pool is a great add on. I would totally come back here. Thanks for a good experience guys :)

I was really excited to see my junior suite double bedroom sharing a bathroom, but was quickly disappointed to find lots of pieces of hair on the wall in the shower, some in the towels, and there was a piece of hair on the ottoman. Even if I didn't have a hair phobia finding pieces of someone's hair in or on something you have to use is Disgusting.
