Poor management you do not have no privacy because they can walk in your apartment at anytime know this for a fact because they walk in on my girlfriend while she was sleep almost gave her a heart attack this why move from this crab has apptment taken the manger month have to fix my bathroom and heat didn't work like it sure the water heater didn't stay warm like sure I was use stove heat my apartment up my light bill went up because of that there for I was unhappy there always keep to myself didn't bother no one keep it very very very clean .

No children required. And yes seniors are welcome. Nice community quite, owners of property do not put up with riff raff. Been here just over a year and love it.
