The first thing I will say is there was the most incredible customer service minded worker I have ever met her name is Devin she had phones ringing several customers trying to check in at the same time and she handled it with true composure etiquette as well as completely keeping everybody waiting as well as on the phone in her amazing style of customer service. All I can say is if she doesn't get a raise I'll hire her myself!!!!! She is the true definition of "that's a keeper" don't let her go!!! Would be a big mistake on your part. The hotel was clean smelled good pool was perfect and pH balance correctly the breakfast was absolutely delicious the room was clean the beds were comfortable everything worked the way it should five stars all day long thank you Devin you are terrific you made my stay comfortable and I look forward to coming through Austin and doing business in your hotel again sincerely yours Jethro Anthony

Terrible rude and unfriendly service. The manager lies to your face and shuts down the fitness center and pool and claims it's due to covid. This is the only hotel in Tx that is still milking that lie. Do not stay here. The breakfast is disgusting and none of the lights worked in my room. When I went to tell the staff about it they were rude. And said they couldnt do anything about it. This is way overpriced for they quality of service and the lack of amenities. No pool, and no fitness center fue to "covid" I am a loyal choice rewards member that is taking my loyalty to hilton honors.

The man at the front desk asked too many questions about our stay at check in. The hotel needs a makeover. The rooms were not clean. The bathroom soaps were used. They are another business using COVID as an excuse to be cheap. Breakfast was served in a brown paper bag. The pool was closed for no reason. I would never come back or recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Positive: The fact that I was actually able to extend a late checkout to 12pm. I can¿t say enough on how terrible my experience was at this hotel. It wouldn¿t fit. But I felt very disrespected and neglected. Do not stay here. Negative: The service was absolutely terrible. I left there feeling very humbled and hurt. The area was not great but the only hotel I found last minute, the front desk host Amir was so incredibly rude and started yelling at me. Never met anyone like that before.

The pool is well maintained.. people just don't really go as much do to the size of where it's located its in the small side.thats what I heard at least I'm not much of a pool person also it's a public pool it's self-explanatory
I would call ahead. I've been able to check in as late as 10pm
