It was a clean hotel. The beds were very comfortable. The was nothing to big, but okay. The only issue we had was the toilet was not working right and kept overflowing. They moved us rooms that was good.

Please do not stay here if you are wanting to enjoy your trip. When we first checked in we found roaches in our room, called the front desk, and were told they could move us to another room but we couldn't have a key due to their systems being down. This meant someone from the front desk had to let us in the room every time we left. Since other people didn't have their keys as well, guests had to wait in a long line to be let into their rooms. No housekeeping staff which explains why there were bugs in the hotel since no one is cleaning. Please stay anywhere else, I wish I would've looked at reviews before booking.

Marriott seems to be my go to when traveling nowadays. SpringHill Suites by Marriott Austin Parmer/Tech Ridge was another first time stay. With a smooth pre-check in upon my arrival the ladies at the front desk made my welcome very nice. The room was e everything pictureristically (*might coin this word, LOL*) almost perfect!! **Vanity lighting isn't good (sistas y'all know that when applying our face lighting is a must). And there's no defogger. Over all Marriott is moving up fast on my list of top hotels. Treat yourself to all the pleasantries of staying here. ** Restaurant and Bar is closed but the area is nice for group gatherings. Breakfast is served here. Didn't try during my stays but I'm sure it is satisfying. Until my next stay, Bon Voyage, Springhill Suites... **Beware of charges 2 days after stay. Room thermostat set and can't change**

The hotel is very old and stale. The carpet is filthy. We only stayed one night because we couldn’t get out money back,but had to cancel our other night because we could not tolerate the filth. I probably used an entire bottle of Lysol trying to disinfect the room. Did I say the carpet is filthy, the bathroom floor was disgusting, the pillow cases were dirty. Even the free lotion that every hotel provides looked 1980ish. The rooms are super small. I have stayed in a Motel 8 and that hotel was better than this hotel. I’m not going to get started on the subpar breakfast. Muffins smelled like play dough. I could go on and on, but do not pay anything more than $75/night for this hotel. Trust me, you will be highly disappointed. I hope that my negative review will motivate management to fix the problem.
