Although the rooms were decent and the service was fine, shortly after ordering Starbucks from the lobby we found a huge roach on the floor so that was definitely discussing and unappetizing to say the least. I don't think we'll be back.

Great for a short stay in Austin and conveniently close to the airport. Just go a little bit down and you'll find a Waffle House restaurant and a gas station with convenience store. Rooms were neat and clean. We had an incident with a funny smell of one of the pillows but staff was promptly to change it. Pet friendly for those who need to carry one.

Very clean, very friendly staff, rooms are very nice. I had no idea I was next to an airport when inside(QUITE). THE shuttle starts at 0400 and make sure you tell reception you need it as it's just 1 van and that airport is VERY busy in the AM.

One of the best Courtyards I regularly stay at. They have a hotel shuttle but call before you travel to confirm it’s operational/available. The bar / Starbucks had good food and a decent selection of drinks. Somewhat expensive but most hotel bars are. Very clean hotel. Still looks new. Bathroom was huge and the double shower head was amazing. Walls are thin- my neighbors celebrated a final 4 basketball victory into the early morning hours. Needless to say not much sleep was gained by anyone that night. I’ll stay here again.

Yes it starts at 4 am and it runs every half hour, if you would like a shuttle service please sign up at the front desk, and if you do sing up, we ask to be few minutes before scheduled time because it does leave at the dot. And if you're in need of a shuttle from the airport, just give us a call and the shuttle driver will be on its way but we do ask to be upstairs in front of Delta Departures.
