This is a newer hotel near the airport. It was clean and well maintained. The room was nice with a comfortable bed. The bed is on the soft side and something to consider if that bothers you. The room had tile in the bathroom and solid surface everywhere else, which I prefer over carpet. It is surrounded by several other hotel brands and is just under 2 miles from the airport. If you self check-in using the app, make sure to get a parking pass or be subject to towing. That kinda takes away any advantage of the app check-in. A note posted in the elevator reminds you of this. This notice should have been on the app or in the lobby.

I had the opportunity to stay at Tru by Hilton when my flight cancelled. I highly recommend staying at the hotel. The staff was welcoming, free shuttle reduces the stress of getting to the airport and the room was very clean.

Great experience staying at Tru for a work trip. Patricia and the rest of the staff were very helpful, accommodating, and patient as we worked through a complex and changing check-in/check-out schedule for our large team. Rooms were clean and staff on-site were all friendly and helpful. The complimentary airport shuttle/Lyft was convenient and we used it a number of times.
