This has been one of my favorite places to stay during the Covid era. it is a small hotel but the staff accommodated my every wish. Made great friends at the bar as we all stayed there while many things were shut down. It is close to family and work and will continue to stay there when in town.

The hotel was located near everything! The hospitality was amazing! The front dest staff was friendly and knowledgeable. There of us were only thereb1 day but it was a great experience. The beds were comfortable. The toilet flushed very loudly but other than that no complaints at all!! Would stay again!

Great hotel! I enjoyed my stay. It was clean, comfortable, and great service. Great for people who are in town on business. The lobby is set up in a way where you can work and feel comfortable. Also have a small bar in the lobby which is very nice if you do feel like having a drink. In addition, itβs in a great location with stores and restaurants close by. I asked for a late checkout because I had a conference call at the exact time I was supposed to checkout and the staff was very accommodating. My only complaint is the bed was very uncomfortable for me. I woke up with some back pain. Other than that, nice hotel π¨

Comfortable and clean location. Kid friendly. Would give it four stars, but we didn't even have bar soap stocked in our rooms and had to use shampoo to wash our hands until we went to the front desk (the body wash was also empty). Context - I suspect that labor shortages + the stress of spring break related events like SxSW lead to a lot of stress on Austin hotels, so at the end of the day I really appreciate that the room itself seemed very clean and the beds were supportive and comfortable. I think I will start to pack my own soap + bath goods because almost none of the hotels we've used on recent trips were appropriately stocked!!! I know breakfast is a big deal for some people, we paid for breakfast and on the plus side it's not as expensive as a fancy resort hotel... so take it as you will. Breakfast is not complimentary, $14 will get you eggs + bacon + skillet potatoes. Complimentary weak tasting coffee, but you can pay at the bar for Starbucks drinks. The "complimentary" breakfast consists of muffins, granola bars, and apples. I could see this being very upsetting for some people. We didn't end up using the indoor pool, it is small but if there is bad weather having an indoor pool may be quite nice. If you are travelling with small kids, I highly recommend "Walnut Creek Metropolitan Playground" which is almost next door. It's an outdoors park with lots of trails and the playground is one of the nicest we've seen. We were able to get there way before the weekend crowds since the hotel was so close so we went to the park right after breakfast!!!

Depending on where you go on campus it is about 9 miles, 15 minutes, again depending on traffic.
