Recently completed a remodeling project of our primary bedroom and bathroom with Phoenix Home Remodeling. From start to finish the communication and execution were flawless. Their in-house designer captured exactly what I was looking for. They took care of ordering everything and all steps - from tile to paint to carpet. The team who did the work were respectful, hard-working and got things complete 1 week earlier than estimated! Really happy with our end result and the process.

They remodeled our 80's master bath to a beautiful modern one. They also took part of our guest room to make a huge walk in the pantry. They also made our galley kitchen into a larger kitchen with a large island. They timed the kitchen, which was the largest project, so that from the demolition to complete new kitchen was only about 6 weeks. All are gorgeous and they were completely professional and extremely thorough. I think it took longer to work with the designer on the actual design and making all the selections. They are totally wonderful to work with and would recommend this company for any interior changes you may be considering.

Questions & Answers

Why Do I Need To Make Sure A Remodel Contractor Has Workers Comp & Liability Insurance?

Sydney Kevin | Jul 13, 2022
Phoenix Home Remodeling - Bathroom & Kitchen Remodels | Aug 12, 2022

Good question. If the contractor doesn't have these and one of their workers is hurt you could be liable. This could mean an increase in your insurance policy or you getting sued for any injury or death of that employee in your home or on your property. (We are not attorneys so obviously consult one in these matters)

What Type Of Remodel Services Do You Offer?

We do remodel projects that are inside the house, so no exterior projects. Visit this website to see a list of the types of projects we offer and the ones we do not offer. https://phxhomeremodeling.com

What areas of Phoenix do you serve?

Bennie Kenworthyson | Jun 13, 2022

Phoenix Home Remodeling services Ahwatukee, Sun Lakes, Chandler, Gilbert, and Tempe. For more information on where we service and if we will be a good fit, check out our good fit page. The areas we service are very important due to efficiency and providing homeowners with the best service possible. If we had to run around from north Scottsdale down to south Chandler several times a day, we couldn't get to our homeowners nearly as fast and a lot of time would be wasted in the car instead of with the homeowner or working on the remodel project.

Why is your business called Phoenix Home Remodeling when you don't even service Phoenix?

Jamie Butcher-Weber | Oct 11, 2021
Phoenix Home Remodeling - Bathroom & Kitchen Remodels | Oct 11, 2021

Hi Jamie. We had to reduce the areas we service due to several constraints including time and driving costs. We still service Ahwatukee which is in Phoenix.

Where do I go to check if the remodel company is licensed and it's really them?

Watson Broderickson | Aug 12, 2022
Phoenix Home Remodeling - Bathroom & Kitchen Remodels | Aug 12, 2022

That is a great question. You want to go to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors and use the search field at the top to type in the companies name. Then look for renovation complaints that are resolved and not resolved, along with what the response was from the home remodel company.

Why Do I Need To Make Sure The Remodeling Company Is Licensed?

Korbin Dominiqueson | Aug 12, 2022
Phoenix Home Remodeling - Bathroom & Kitchen Remodels | Aug 12, 2022

One of the large problems with using an unlicensed contractor is there's very little recourse you or the ROC can take. If they aren't licensed, the ROC doesn't have a license to suspend or revoke. There is very little recourse a homeowner has when an unlicensed remodeler walks away from a project or won’t fix their problems.

What's Your Sales Process Like? (Am I Going To Be Pressured Into Moving Forward?)

Diann Laine | Jul 13, 2022

We hate the sales pressure felt in different scenarios like buying a car or getting new windows. We are big on helping and education since homeowners only remodel 1-5 times in their life on average. Not to sound boastful, but we get a lot of referrals and don't need to spend money on advertising so we don't need to pressure people to move forward. We want people to want to move forward with us. Remodeling is a relationship driven service and we will be working closely together. We need to make sure that we both want to work together. If there is pressure or a lack of respect, it hurts the relationship, and there is no reason for that. You can learn more about how serious we take respect, our process and you can schedule a call to see if we are a good fit for each other: Remodel process & schedule a call
