Great surgeon . No reply to questions asked or the time to answer them . I am sure the office staff are nice people but don't have time to answer questions from patients . All they are interested is that you make a appointment and pay your money to get a simple question answered by doctor not staff

Most of my interactions have been with staff and they have always been pleasant and helpful.

What a waste of time & energy. I'm sure he is a wonderful surgeon, however the rude and incompetent staff made this a horrible experience with them. Argumentative attitudes and clearly couldn't care less about their patients (customers). I decided to start over with a different surgeon rather than continue with them.

I have been coming to the office for close to 10 years now and the office send to always be growing. On the one hand it's great to see the practice grow but on the other, the office send to be always short staffed. I called today and it took over 3 minutes for the phone to be answered only to be allowed if I could hold. Phones need to be 1st priority.... It sets the tone for the day and appointments. The Dr has always been very professional and has taken great care of me, saving my leg and foot. I am grateful to be under his care and working with the office staff.

DR V I called your office three times in the last 2 days No answer, My question is if I buy the pump machine and use it every day do I have to wear the socks . Please answer they are bugging me for the money

You know that after 5 times calling your office and getting no reply from your medical assistants or you , i am disgusted. It seems all your office is interested in is collecting money from office visits . I know you are a great surgeon because you took care of me but your office staff is the worst. When doctors are doing tele conferences , I can't get a reply to a simple question . Take some time in your busy day to answer a couple of calls and treat your patients with some respect Thank you

This will be my second time visiting him for an appointment but my first impression of him was not very good.

I've seen him a few times. He's not much of a conversationalist, but he is very knowledgeable and good at what he does.
