I have been to this office 3 time now and the first time I was having issues with my insurance when I came in here and the front office staff told me the only way I could be seen is if I paid the no insurance price. I asked to speak to the manager and she was very rude and confrontational to the point that I felt like I was a kid getting yeld at. The only reason I am giving 4 stars to this place is because the lady that does the billing overheard the conversation and jumped in. At first she told me she could still bill my insurance but I would still have to pay the office visit and they would pay me back if the insurance paid them. I thought she was just saying this to get me seen and out of the office but I didn’t care anymore I just wanted to be seen. I called a few days later and she told me they were still waiting to hear back from my insurance and that she would call me when she did. At this point I was sure I would not see my money again but she kept her word. She actually called me and explained everything the insurance said and I was able to get part of my money back besides my part of the bill. She was very nice fromthe beginning and knew what she was talking about and explained everything without making me feel like a child. The nurses in the back and the doctor were also phenomenal and made me feel comfortable about the issue I was there for and were very fast and knowledgeable. The second time I went in everything went by smoother but the so called manager was arguing with another customer. Maybe I just have a lot of faith on the billing ladynow but In the time that I was waiting to be called back the manager asked for her input and opinion and what to do about the situation at least 3 times as if she does not know what to do about anything. Anyone reading this i am not bashing this place completely I still recommend you to go there I just want to let people know my experience. All the other staff and doc is great and professional but to the so called manager maybe you should take training classes from the other lady or even better make her the manager and let her take care of the customers.
