Overall, we had an amazing experience with elevation solar!! Our salesman was very knowledgeable about the product and was honest and upfront about the system. I received nine quotes from different companies before selecting Elevation Solar. They had the best price. Many companies provided false information to try to get me to sign up. They were on time for all their appointments and completed the project in a timely manner. I have had my system for over two years now and no problems. I recommended a friend and they had a great experience as well. If I had to do it all over again, I would use them..

We had our solar system installed in July 2022. It is still not up and operational today in October 2022. First when the submitted for inspection it was decline because of they filed the wrong plans this inspection was at the end of August. They when they can to do inspection in the middle of September it failed. They have came out 2 different times to fix two different items that fail and they will becoming a 3rd time to fix a different problem. My question is why couldn't they fix everything at once. My fist payment to them was in September. So now I have made 2 payment and it is still not working. This should be on their high priority but it is not. Don't use this company it's starting to look like a scam.

We have had our solar about 2 years and electricity bill is down 85%. Elevation did the job on time, no surprises. They helped us get approval for more panels. The workers were polite, cleaned up and careful of our property. I highly recommend them.

What a terrible company. 10k damage to my roof, inept managment. No calls back. Poor planning, techs just ditched coming to our house to reinstall after getting our roof replaced from THEIR damage. Now they want to bump us another MONTH out. Getting a total run-around from the people that work there. Absolutely refuse to fix their own mistakes every time. Won't honor their own contracts. Do NOT use this company. Edit to add: they wrote back saying they don't have an account with us. Odd, given I spent a good hour on the phone with them Tuesday. Finally have Calvin's direct line to call in case they destroy our roof again Oct 6th. Edit 2: the techs came and said they didn't know how to install panels from 2019, didn't know what the job was, didn't have what they needed to do the work. They put the rails on the roof, left loose panels just sitting up there, and told my husband "maybe we'll be back in 2 weeks" and scheduled nothing. Calvin will now not return my calls and is completely ignoring me. At this point we're looking at our options.
