We have worked with Vensure now for about 8 months and they so far have been very responsive to our needs.

I have not been happy with Vensure since they took over Worklogic. When working with Worklogic we had no problems getting answers almost immediately. I sure hope they work on improving their employee turn around. I cant keep up with who is our account rep for the moment.

Customer Service wait times are abysmal. On the off chance you find yourself lucky to get into contact with someone, if they cant answer your question, you are then given the run around, finding yourself wasting more time trying to call someone else.
