I truly believe this is the future of clothing shopping. I needed some suits for an upcoming conference and after perusing the website decided to make an appointment with a stylist. In less than 20 minutes I was able to purchase two gorgeous suits that I knew fit perfectly. This was key as their sizes do run slightly smaller. They will be shipped to my home in less than a week. The stylist also selected shirts for the suits and everything coordinated beautifully. This was so much better than going to the mall and struggling to find a suit. The whole process was painless.

Mm Lafleur's business model is very likely the model we'll see more of in the future. They have one, maybe two, retail stores - and shopping is done mainly by appointment with a salesperson doing ALL of the pulling of sample garments. That level of attention is amazing, and it usually means I try on a lot more styles than I originally anticipated. All purchases are basically online orders, whether made in-store or not. Your items are ordered and mailed from one of their warehouses to your address (unless you have a special circumstance, and you want to take an in-store garment home). I like the Mm Lafleur esthetic, and the quality tends to exceed or match competing workwear brands. The pricepoints tend to be higher than similar brands, so I buy judiciously, aiming for fewer pieces I can mix and match, and I also do what I can to take advantage of sales. Overall, I highly recommend them.

I have loved this brand since the days of Bento boxes, and that's because the styling and cut of each outfit is sleek, professional, and classy. I was so excited to discover the have a show room 12 minutes from my new home! My stylist was so much fun, and knew exactly which items to have my try for the particular requirements of my job. It was effortless on my part, and I walked out with three fantastic outfits. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Can’t even walk in the building without dialing in to a call box. Need an appointment to be granted the privilege of trying on the clothes. Their price point is not high enough to have a business model that is this stuck up. The receptionist was very nice, though.

Hi Laura. Walk-ins are welcome at the store. To guarantee a stylist is available to work with you, an appointment is recommended, though. You can book an appointment on our website and see what availability we have.
