Poor costumer service. If you want quality materials and great services. I do not recommend them.

A nightmare three times now. Don't truly want to share the location of the dealership. However, sure can't recommend them. Needing a sock filter, a cloth filter, cloth, for my spa. Now that is what I asked for and word by word what I asked for. Took a picture of the plate that is mounted down low on the spa. Sent through email, and boy howdy you will not believe what was sent to me. Sort of funny, but I'm still upset, actually mad. Now up above was a while back. So today I called the company. Was placed on hold, was asked to leave me number in order to keep my place, the machine even repeated my number back to me correctly. Was NOT called. Waited over an hour and I called the company back. Waited almost 10 minutes, was every one getting a drink or going to the bathroom? Left my number again, again no returned my call. Yes sir, I am mad. - Jim

I bought a 6 person Maax spa (California Cooperage) in 2012, by 2015 most of the nozzles popped out and were trash. They actually know about this problem. Finally ALL of the 48 nozzles were broken from normal use. Maax. Just didn’t answer or return my calls, nor did my dealer. No one would take it away for free because the nozzles @ $30 each would cost $1,500 to replace. I’m looking for a replacement spa but even though I like to shop local and live 6 miles from the factory, buying products from a company with poor customer service makes no sense. I can buy a less expensive spa with no customer service at all and the experience would be identical!

Elaine, if you can message us through Facebook messenger with a photo of your serial number, which is located on a metal plate near the bottom of the spa on the same side as the control panel, we can search for your corresponding manual.
Bill, please work closely with your dealer on this. Your dealer will have better knowledge of local resources to help you.
Please look for a communication from us on your Facebook messenger.
Hi Brian, we recommend changing it every 12 months.
The L.A. Spas brand discontinued in 2017, but nearest dealer will help you with maintenance. To find a dealer, go to https://vitaspa.com/services/questions/find-your-dealer or https://americanwhirlpool.com/find-a-store/.
Hello Mark, we don't offer tiles on the bottom of our spas. Perhaps this is an older spa from an imposter company, Maax out of Australia?
The serial number of your spa is found on the metal plate near the bottom, on the same side of the spa as the controls.
Hi Joanne! Sunset Spas is a Maax dealer in the Phoenix area and should either have that filter or can soon get one for you. It is Maax part # 100594.
Hi John, we encourage spa owners to reach out to their nearest dealer for parts and service: https://americanwhirlpool.com/find-a-store/ & https://vitaspa.com/services/questions/find-your-dealer
Hi Cynthia, MAAX Spas acquired Vita Spa in 2009.
Hello Stuart, the L.A. brand was discontinued in 2017, but please reach out to our dealers closest to you for service and repairs: https://americanwhirlpool.com/find-a-store/ & https://vitaspa.com/services/questions/find-your-dealer
Hello Patrick, MAAX Spas conducts background checks and drug tests on all eligible applicants.
Need a Coleman Spas 630 Series Topside Control - 103-305 / -103-306
The water?
I'm sorry but u would have to call them for this question I worked for the woodshop
Its one page.
I just work here but they're hiring all the time come fill out an application the apps are here
You would most likely have to go up there to see if they are hiring
Bump the sanitizer level up and then you can drain it. It might still have an issue with the water quality when refilled, if you do just run line cleaner and refill.
Turn off the breaker to the unit either in your breaker panel or in your disconnect out by the hot tub
8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday Arizona time
Is the model before 2009
Give your dealership a call they will be able to help walk you through how to change it.
It wouldn't hurt to add an ounce of granular chlorine diluted in a bucket of water first
You should be able to come in through one of two pre punched holes in the kick base. If you need to drill a hole just come up to inches so you miss the support frame and go through the plastic molded pan bottom. Neither method will void a warranty
