What a great experience. Came here to buy balls and while looking around I ran into Mark Campbell. Mark took his time to lend a few tips and explained the reasoning for swinging a driver. Mark spent time in the simulator and broke down the tips in very easy steps. Great guy and have earned my business!!

Went in to several of the locations to do for rain gear. Really liked that this store had all the rain gear together in one area vs having it with the individual brands, it made it so much easier to shop and compare this way. Kudos to Missy for being extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful during this. She made the experience the best!

My wife is a golfer, so Saturday afternoon, we went to PGA Superstore to look at some replacement clubs and professional lessons. The pro was teaching a lesson, but another employee walked by us about 3-4 times, totally ignoring us. We walked to the front of the store and the club repair guy told us what we wanted to know. We went back to the golf club area and once again were ignored. I just don't get it. I sought out help, but the guy was good at avoiding me. So, we decided on lessons somewhere else. Sunday afternoon, we went back so I could get my wife some new golf shoes for her birthday. Once again, absolutely no help. But she picked out some shoes she liked. I asked her if she wanted to look at some new clubs. Once again, totally ignored. She went and grabbed a younger guy, all he did was tell us the clubs are heavy at the head and there were better clubs to select. I told him that they were rated 5 stars on your website. He came back with, so what. He never recommended another set, but he was in a hurry to leave. Stayed with us for about 60 seconds, I guess he had something better to do. But the best is yet to come! We took the shoes to the check out. The cashier was either bald or had thin hair, maybe ex military. We were invited to see Top Gunn that afternoon by a title company so my wife made some shirts with a Top Gunn logo. This genius told my wife he had seen the movie twice and the airplane on the shirt was the wrong one. He went on to explain our shirts had an Air Force F15 and it should be a Navy F18. I BIT MY TONGUE, AND KEPT MY MOUTH SHUT. FIRST OF ALL, YOU DON'T TELL MY WIFE SHE IS WRONG WHEN SHE MADE THE DESIGN FOR THE SHIRTS. JUST FOR THE GENIUS'S INFORMATION, I WAS IN THE AIR FORCE 26 YEARS. THAT'S WHY THE SHIRT HAD AN AIR FORCE FIGHTER ON IT. As we left the store, I told my wife if another store has the shoes, I will be returning the one's I bought at your store. Unfortunately, I could not find another store that had them in stock. IT'S THE LITTLE THINGS IN A RETAIL STORE THAT MAKE A DIFFERENCE, LIKE BEING HELPED WHEN YOU HAVE A QUESTION OR JUST GETTING THE ATTENTION OF THE EMPLOYEES. SOMETIMES, LIKE YOUR CASHIER, THEY THINK THEY ARE SMART OR FUNNY WHEN THEY MAKE A REMARK. BUT THEY ARE NOT. THE SHOES ONLY CAME TO $172, NOT MUCH, BUT NOT CHEAP. I WOULD HAVE PAID TWICE THAT AT ANOTHER STORE JUST SO I COULD RETURN THE ONES I PURCHASED AT YOUR STORE. If only there was a zero rating.

OUTSTANDING customer service!! My son rented a set of clubs. Which are VERY nice!! He was told one thing and my credit card showed MUCH higher fee😱. I called to ask about the difference and spoke to Mgr. Chris and he made it right. THANK YOU Chris

FEDEX SmartPost utilizes the U.S. Postal Service for final delivery. This allows for a lower cost shipping option as well as ensures we are able to reach every US address, including PO Boxes.
We ship Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays. In order to cut down on transit times and provide a vast product assortment, we ship via FEDEX from various store locations across the country. Yes. In-store credit is issued in the form of a physical gift card. Credits can be applied on an online order just like a regular gift card during check out processing. The same applies with a gift card issued or purchased online as those can be used in a store location.
