Some ppl were Racist!!! & NPC Covid bots with no common sense! called the cops on me like 5 times asking me for Identification and School ID. when I am enrolled there!! I worked two jobs and didn't have a vehicle so I would arrive to early or be there to late to take the bus. Occasionally would fall asleep there! Harmlessly!! they made a big deal out of it!! This is why GOD sees ALL! They do have very nice individuals Everyone in the library, Richard in the market deserves to be the GM he is Amazing! He is a Saint. My Guy Security African guy is Excellent as well he needs a raise asap. The market free food free clothes you can play games is Awesome. no housing benefits just many extra rooms with computers just chilling. After all this they denied me Grants because of having a 1.8 GPA frm 10 years ago after I withdrew classes I appealed and was denied. MESA is many homeless ppl I never found a place in my two months of being there! GOD NEEDS TO EVICT ALL GOVERNMENT OF ARIZONA THEY ARE RETARDED. Government sending $Billions to Ukraine but can't cure homelessness? Internet is opening there I saw alot of blacks on Ankle monitors

Garden design is by landscaper LeRoy Brady, the Southwest's largest rose garden, where thousands of varieties bloom. Free and beautiful. Bring umbrella for shade. This place is a flower photography dream. I really enjoyed the variety called catsup and mustard which was a stunning combo of red and yellow. This place is good to visit on downtime between stops and has amazing photo ops all around. There were a few benches to sit at too.

Not until February
Some roses are blooming, however, a lot of the bushes have been pruned. Visited two weeks ago.
Actually the roses are best March - June, then it gets hot and there are less blooms.
No, they are very dry
As the other man said, it's always open to the public and the garden volunteers want people to enjoy it. Happy prom!
