This is a trap, we signed contract for a condo with estimated delivery time of March 2022. The builder keeps pushing the delivery ever since. It is now July and we are not given any move-in date! What makes matters worse is we are not getting any straight answer as to why delivery is delayed nor when our condo is going to be available! Extremely poor customer service with a unprofessional sales team. It is frustrating for my family, we cannot plan anything based on their responses and we not even know if ever we get our condo. Stay away from this builder.

The company is not professionally operated and they don't pay vendors money owed. I would not recommend 188 W. St. James to any prospective tenants or vendors. The customer service is poor and the company clearly is clearly having significant financial difficulties.

Expectation is that they will start to release for sale units in the beginning of 2018 - It is now 2021 and no one has moved into any of these condos. Construction is still ongoing with only one building being pre-reserved at this time.
