Lots of sites by the water. Quiet when we were there but not many campers then. Bring a tube or other flotation. You can float from one end of park to the other.

Very nice park with a beautiful waterfall. The best part is the accessibility. While not 100% handicap accessible there is a cement handicap parking spot and a well maintained, flat, gravel path leading to a wooden bridge and then a boardwalk with gentle inclines up to Smith Falls. My wife was able to drive her Pride Jazzy Electric wheelchair all the way to the falls with no help from me. I wouldn't suggest someone try it without an assistant but my wife didn't need my help.

Beautiful and unique falls, fun as they are easily accessed and you can get into the water at the foot of the falls if you wish. The are several small falls along the trail as well.

SuperNice grass, Niobrara River tubing kayaking canoeing. Super clean restrooms and showers ($.50 for 3 minutes $.25 for each additional 90 seconds) the falls, the trails, the wild life. Saw a huge bull elk.

There are really only a couple hiking trails. One takes you to the falls (~0.44 miles). There's also a nature trail that follows the river and loops around (~1.34 miles).
