Everything was perfect 10-10 food was super delicious from the appetizers to the main course are waiter Dalton was very helpful since it was are first time at saltgrass he went all out and beyond to make sure we had a great experience if you are in the mood for a good steak or just to have a nice spot to hang out and have a cold one Saltgrass is the spot ! Keep up the good work guys.!

Rattlers for appetizer was good. Chicken tortilla soup not so good. I ordered the blackened redfish and it was delicious and my husband said his steak was good. Service was just okay, we were pretty much the only people in the restaurant. Our server took our order, then once food came out we only saw her again when she brought the check. My drink was empty for the last 20 minutes and she never came around to see if I needed another one. She brought the check without asking if we were done. We probably won't be going back to Saltgrass in CS anymore. There are way better restaurants in the area for the price.

Yes Reservations can be made up to 24 hours in advance for the back room! they do christmas parties, birthdays, business meetings

They do take reservations, we ate there about a month ago and made one. I do second the service being bad, and they cannot cook steaks well. No were near the Houston ones we are used to.
They make reservations for large groups I was here for Fire Brigade training at A&M with 24 other coworkers. They took really good care of us.
